Requirements & Qualifications

• Applicants should carefully read instructions before applying online.
• Correct personal, academic, and experience information must be entered in the application form; no changes will be accepted after submission.
• Visit the official OTS website to complete the online/offline registration process.
• Download the bank challan form from the OTS website.
• Pay a test fee of Rs. 80/- at Bank Alfalah, HBL, or Habib Metropolitan Bank.
• Send the complete application form along with attested educational documents, CNIC copy, domicile certificate, experience certificates, two passport-size photographs, and the original fee challan.
• Send documents through courier or Pakistan Post to: Manager Operation, Open Testing Service (OTS), Office No.1, Central Avenue, Bahria Town Phase-VI, Islamabad.
• Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
• The last date to apply is 15 June 2026.
• Candidates should regularly visit the OTS website for roll number slips, written test schedules, results, and important announcements.
• All appointments are purely on an open contract basis with a six-month probation period.
• Jobs are non-pensionable with no long-term benefits and will not become permanent.
• OTS will charge only 50% of the fee from applicants, with the remaining fee paid by LESCO.
• Only candidates who have completed their degree are eligible; result-awaiting candidates cannot apply.
• CGPA-based degrees will be evaluated according to the HEC conversion formula.
• Government and semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel; an NOC is mandatory before the interview.
• All quotas will be observed according to rules.
• Relevant certifications and LESCO experience will be given preference.
• Job descriptions are available on the LESCO website.
• A separate application is required for each post.
• Minimum passing marks in the written test are 50%.
• Only eligible candidates will be called for a test/interview; passing the written test does not guarantee employment.
• Selected candidates can be posted anywhere under LESCO jurisdiction.
• LESCO reserves the right to increase/decrease posts or cancel recruitment at any stage.
• Dismissed employees or candidates with a criminal record are not eligible.
• Character and police verification are mandatory.
• Concealment or fake information will result in disqualification; fake documents will lead to cancellation of employment and recovery of salaries.
• Queries regarding recruitment will be handled by OTS.
• Recruitment-related litigation will be handled by the testing agency without liability on LESCO.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
• Incomplete or late applications will not be considered; delay by courier service will not be the responsibility of LESCO or OTS.
• Candidates are warned not to contact any person claiming influence in the recruitment process.
• The recruitment process is completely transparent under Government rules and regulations.
• ASSISTANT MANAGER (COMMUNICATION / NETWORK):
• BPS Equivalent: Equivalent to BPS-17
• Number of Posts: 01 Post (Punjab Open Merit)
• Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
• Qualification Required: Sixteen (16) years education or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 60% marks required; degree must be recognized by HEC Pakistan.
• Experience & Skills: Relevant technical knowledge in communication and networking. Preference may be given to candidates having job-specific certifications and relevant experience with LESCO systems and operations.
• NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER:
• BPS Equivalent: Equivalent to BPS-16
• Number of Posts: 01 Post (Punjab Open Merit)
• Age Limit: Up to 33 Years
• Qualification Required: Sixteen (16) years education or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or an IT-related discipline.
• Minimum 60% marks required; degree must be recognized by HEC Pakistan.
• Experience & Skills: Knowledge of network support systems and IT infrastructure. Preference for candidates with relevant certifications and experience in LESCO-related operations.
