Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer and business strategies and ensure effective execution
- Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns with proper coordination
- Promote cross-selling of banking products across branches
- Ensure consistent business development and growth in retail banking
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and expand product penetration
- Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines and internal policies
- Approve/sign accounts and EDDs as per defined operational manual
- Handle customer complaints efficiently with high satisfaction levels
- Train and ensure branch sales staff have strong product knowledge
- Build brand image and awareness among customers
- Meet corporate, institutional, and high-value clients for business development
- Improve team professionalism, commitment, and productivity
- Ensure 80% productivity of branch sales staff (PB, PBO, CSO)
- Achieve 15% deposit growth and maintain high branch performance
Requirements & Qualifications
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from HEC recognized local or foreign university
- Experience: Up to 9 years of banking experience, with a preference for candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience
