Key Responsibilities
- Promote Meezan Bank’s Agriculture and Rural Banking products,• Generate quality financing leads for branches,• Build strong relationships with farmers, traders, livestock farmers, and rural entrepreneurs,• Support customer onboarding and financial inclusion initiatives,• Mobilize deposits from rural communities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS / I.Com or equivalent),• Islamic Finance qualification is an added advantage,• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as of 31 July 2026,• 2 years age relaxation for: Hafiz-e-Quran, candidates who completed Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah with HEC equivalency, differently-abled persons,• Mandatory: Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license,• Preferred: Knowledge of local agriculture & rural markets, residents of rural/semi-urban areas, prior banking experience,• Fresh candidates are strongly encouraged to apply,• Required Skills: Strong interpersonal & communication skills, customer relationship management, people management, business development
