The Government of the Punjab, through the Excise, Taxation & Narcotics Control Department, is recruiting talented individuals for the Punjab Counter Narcotics Force (CNF). The force is looking for qualified lawyers for Assistant Director (Legal) roles and IT/AI professionals for Sub-Inspector (IT/AI) positions. Requirements & Qualifications

  • **For Assistant Director (Legal):**
  • LLB degree (or equivalent) with minimum 2nd division from a HEC-recognized university.
  • 5 years’ practice as an Advocate in High Court + preferably 2 years’ experience with government agencies or law firms.
  • OR 3 years’ practice as an Advocate in High Court (if holding a postgraduate degree in law) + preferably 2 years’ experience with government agencies or law firms.
  • Practical experience is mandatory.
  • Age Limit: Male: 30 to 40 + 05 = 45 years; Female: 30 to 40 + 08 = 48 years.
  • **For Sub-Inspector (IT/AI):**
  • Sixteen years of education in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent) with minimum 2nd division from a HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in:
  • IT projects (network administration / database management), OR
  • Network protocols, architecture and security, OR
  • AI, image processing, object detection, image segmentation, cyber security framework and threat mitigation.
  • Practical experience is required.
  • Age Limit: Male: 24 to 30 + 05 = 35 years; Female: 24 to 30 + 08 = 38 years.
  • **General Eligibility & Application Process:**
