Requirements & Qualifications

  • Eligible candidates must belong to a minority community in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  • Create a profile on the ETEA website.
  • Before applying/depositing the fee, print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
  • Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.
  • The online application form will be available from July 15th, 2026.
  • After successful online application submission, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated.
  • Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee through EasyPaisa app, an EasyPaisa Agent, or any UBL Bank branch.
  • Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s desired stamp.
  • Do not send physical documents/testimonials to the ETEA office at the application stage.
  • Admit Cards (Roll No. Slips) will be downloadable from www.etea.edu.pk after being informed via SMS by ETEA. Do not use ported or converted mobile numbers.
  • The last date for submission of the online application is July 31st, 2026.
  • Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on provided credentials.
  • Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority; ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.
  • Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of application receipt.
  • Incomplete applications or applications with fake documents/information will be rejected.
  • Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
  • Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.

  • A speed of 50 words per minute in Shorthand in English and 35 words per minute in English typing.

  • At least 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate from a recognized board AND

  • At least Second Division Intermediate Certificate or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

  • Minimum Qualification:
  • At least Second Division Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board.
  • Survey course or its equivalent course from a Trade Testing Board or Board of Technical Education AND
  • Three (03) months course in AUTO CAD (2-D, 3-D) drawing and Computer knowledge of MS Office or its equivalent course from Trade Testing Board or Board of Technical Education.
