Key Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly deposit targets including NTBS and ETBS with focus on CASA.
- Meeting cross-functional business targets assigned by the bank.
- Improving customer service turnaround time (TAT).
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
- Ensuring branch efficiency, audit compliance, QA and FTC standards.
- Implementing SBP policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.
- Age limit: Up to 55 years as of 29 May 2026.
- Minimum 02 to 07 years of banking experience.
