- Specific Requirements by Position:
- Hospital Director
- Required Qualification: A recognized Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other relevant management qualification.
- Experience Required: Minimum seven (07) years of experience in a senior management position in a major teaching hospital, a reputable organization, or a recognized institution.
- Additional Eligibility: Candidates possessing a recognized Medical Degree may also apply, provided they additionally possess the required management qualification and experience. Medical degree holders selected for the post shall not be entitled to private practice.
- Tenure: Five (05) years under the MTI Act 2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations.
- Finance Director
- Required Qualification and Experience (Option 1): Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of five (05) years post-qualification experience in Finance and/or Accounts in a major public or private company/institution.
- Required Qualification and Experience (Option 2): ICMAP Certification, OR Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounts, with a minimum of eight (08) years post-qualification experience in Finance and/or Accounts in a major public or private company/institution.
- Tenure: Three (03) years.
- Deputy Director (Admin & Monitoring) – KICH
- Required Qualification: MBBS, OR Master’s Degree (16 Years Education) in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, or any other relevant management discipline.
- Experience Required: At least five (05) years of relevant experience in reputed healthcare institutions.
