These roles span middle-management and specialized ranks, including Assistant Managers in Finance (Business Control and Government Relations), Business Development, and Program Specialists (Digital Program and Program Design). Key Responsibilities

  • Must have knowledge of SMDP Portal and PC-I case processing for government approvals (Assistant Manager Finance – Government Relations only)
  • Must have experience liaising with P&D Department, AG Audit, Treasury Office, and other government bodies for project approvals and fund releases (Assistant Manager Finance – Government Relations only)
  • A demonstrable record of achievement in stakeholder engagement, institutional partnerships, or external relations, preferably within a development finance, philanthropic, or public-private partnership context (Assistant Manager – Business Development only)

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree (Honors) or Master’s degree with Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent degree OR ACCA Qualified / CA Finalist / ICMA Part Qualified from an HEC-recognized/accredited university/institute for Assistant Manager Finance positions.
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree (Honors) or Master’s degree with Public Policy, Business Administration, International Development, Economics, or a relevant discipline from an HEC recognized / accredited university for Assistant Manager – Business Development and Specialist – Program Design positions.
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized/accredited university for Specialist – Digital Program.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programs or Finance, Budgeting & Reporting in reputed organizations for Assistant Manager Finance positions.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in partnership development, strategy, international organizations, or development operations for Assistant Manager – Business Development.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant/similar field for Specialist – Digital Program and Specialist – Program Design.
  • Preferred Attribute: Experience in Program Management / Program Execution / Program Design for Specialist – Digital Program.
  • Preferred Attribute: Experience in Program Management / Program Execution / Program Design / Curriculum Development for Specialist – Program Design.
