Job Description

Applications are open for the position of Relationship Manager – SME (OG-II) within the Inclusive Development Group (IDG). The role involves expanding the bank’s SME portfolio, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and acquiring new SME customers,• Promoting business financing and lending products,• Managing existing customer relationships,• Increasing portfolio growth and profitability,• Evaluating customer financial information,• Conducting credit assessments and risk analysis,• Preparing financing proposals and documentation,• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements,• Monitoring portfolio performance and repayment trends,• Achieving assigned business and sales targets,• Enhancing customer satisfaction through quality service delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university.,• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance Qualifications, AIBP Certification, JAIBP Certification, or other relevant professional qualifications.,• Age Requirement: Not exceed 28 years on the closing date of application submission.,• Experience: At least one year of banking experience.,• Experience in sales, relationship management, customer acquisition, or related banking functions.,• Relevant experience in SME, commercial, or retail banking is an added advantage.,• Required Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer relationship management expertise, sales and business development capabilities, knowledge of SME financing products, understanding of commercial banking operations, familiarity with State Bank of Pakistan regulations, analytical and problem-solving abilities, credit assessment and financial analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, strong knowledge of local business markets and customer segments.,• Application Process: Submit applications online through the official recruitment portal designated by National Bank of Pakistan.,• Required Documents: Upload updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), CNIC Copy, recent Passport-Size Photograph, Educational Certificates and Transcripts, and Experience Certificates (if applicable).,• Adherence to Instructions: Carefully follow all instructions provided during the online application process.
