Requirements & Qualifications

Only "Registered & Eligible" candidates will be allowed to appear for the Test/Interview.
All candidates are required to bring original documents (CNIC, Degrees/Diploma, Experience Certificates, PRC, Domicile) on the date of the Test/Interview.
No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the Test/Interview.

Specific requirements for each position are as follows:
District Manager:
A BS-17/18 Officer of CSS / PCS (PSS / EX-PCS / PMS) Cadres, preferably having 02 years’ Service in Government. Applicants are required to apply through the proper channel.
OR A doctor retired from Army Medical Corps (AMC) of the rank of Major & above with 10 years of service in AMC.
Deputy Director MNCH (Female Only):
Age Limit: Less than 50 years old.
MBBS with MPH / MSPH / Masters in HPM or Masters in MNCH Related Subject with 5 years’ experience in an MNCH Related Project / Program at District / Provincial level.
OR MBBS with MCPS in Gynaecology and Obstetrics with 03 years post-qualification experience in an MNCH Related Project / Program at District / Provincial level.
OR MBBS with FCPS / MRCOG or equivalent Degree in Gynaecology and Obstetrics with 01-year post-qualification experience in an MNCH Related Project / Program at District / Provincial level.
Regional Manager (MNCH) (Female Only):
MBBS along with a Master’s degree in public health (MSPH / MPH / FCPS or equivalent) from any recognized institute with at least 02 years’ experience in Maternal Health.
OR MCPS in (OB-GYN) with 02 years of experience working in a Maternal Health Project.
Government Officers working in the government sector and fulfilling the criteria are eligible to apply through the proper channel. Upon selection, they will be entitled to an allowance in addition to their existing salary as per company policy.
District Nutrition Coordinator:
MBBS / Bachelor’s in Nursing / Public Health or Nutrition with 04 years of experience in health & nutrition project management at district lead positions.
OR Master’s in Social Science with a master’s in public health with 03 years of experience in health & nutrition project management at district lead positions.
Executive Finance & Accounts:
ACCA Finalist / CA Finalist / ICMA with at least 03 years of relevant experience.
OR M.COM / MBA (Finance) / BBA or BS (Accounting & Finance) 16 Years of education from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 03 years of relevant experience.
Executive Energy Systems:
Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable or Alternate Energy (PEC registered) with 02 years of relevant experience.
OR Bachelor’s degree in the above-mentioned discipline (PEC registered) with 03 years of relevant experience.
OR B.Tech / DAE in the above-mentioned discipline with 05 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills: Experience preferably in large-scale solar projects, with extensive knowledge of solar technologies, electrical infrastructure, drawings, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
Assistant Admin:
Master’s in Business Administration MBA / MPA. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a relevant field.
OR Graduate with a minimum of 01 year of experience in a relevant field within a reputable organization.
Assistant Finance & Accounts:
MBA (Finance) / M.Com (preference will be given to candidates having experience in a relevant field).
OR BBA / B.Com (Finance) or BS (Accounting & Finance) with a minimum of 01 year of experience in a relevant field within a reputable organization.
Medical Officer:
MBBS having a valid PMDC / PMC Certificate. Experienced candidates will be preferred.
Female Medical Officer:
MBBS having a valid PMDC / PMC Certificate. Experienced candidates will be preferred.
Electrician:
At least a 01-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 01 year of experience as an Electrician.
Experience in electrical wiring, maintenance, and safety practices is required.
Dispenser:
Diploma in the relevant field. Must be registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council / Sindh Medical Faculty. Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
Midwife:
Diploma in LHV / MW course from a recognized institute registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council / Sindh Medical Faculty. Candidates with 01-year of experience will be preferred.
Nurse:
BSc Nursing with Pakistan Nursing Council with a minimum of 01-year post-qualification experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Pediatric ward of a reputable public or private hospital.
OR Diploma in General Nursing with a minimum of 02 years post-qualification experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Pediatric ward of a reputable public or private hospital. Post-graduation specialization in NICU will be preferred.
