Job Description

The Government of the Punjab, Special Education Department, has announced an excellent opportunity for passionate educators through its latest hiring notice for Special Education Institution (SEI) Jobs in Rahim Yar Khan. This initiative invites applications from eligible candidates to serve as School Teaching Interns (STIs) across various specialized institutions in District Rahim Yar Khan, including centers in Sadiqabad, Khanpur, and Liaqatpur. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a School Teaching Intern (STI) in designated Special Education Institutions.

  • BS in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or Software Engineering or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

  • **Junior Special Education Teacher (PD) (BS-16)**:
  • M.A. or BS (second division or grade-C) in Special Education with specialization in the field Physically disabled or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Age Limit: 21–28 years.
  • **Speech Therapist (BS-17)**:
  • M.A. or BS in Special Education or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university; **AND** One year post graduate Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy; **OR**
  • BS or B.Sc (hons.) (second division) in Speech and Language Therapy or Pathology or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Age Limit: 21–28 years.
  • **Age Relaxation (as per Government Rules)**:
  • Male candidates: up to 05 years relaxation.
  • Female candidates: up to 08 years relaxation.
