Requirements & Qualifications

  • To be eligible for the AFNS 2026 program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • **Age Limit:** 17 to 25 years as on November 01, 2026.
  • **Gender:** Female only.
  • **Marital Status:** Unmarried, Widow, Separated, or Divorced without encumbrances.
  • **Minimum Height:** 5 Feet (152.4 cm).
  • **Weight:** According to Body Mass Index (BMI).
  • **Educational Qualification (AFNS BSc Nursing):**
  • Matric (Science) with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • FSc Pre-Medical with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Candidates with foreign qualifications (O-Level / A-Level etc.) must obtain an equivalence certificate and marks conversion from the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Ministry of Education, Islamabad.
  • Candidates who have passed FSc Part-I with a minimum of 50% marks and are appearing in FSc Part-II can apply on a Hope Certificate issued by the Head of Institution, but must submit an attested copy of the FSc Part-II certificate/mark sheets to Personnel Administration Directorate (PA-3C), GHQ Rawalpindi within 5 days of the result announcement.
