Requirements & Qualifications

• Applications with any missing document and/or incorrect/incomplete information will be disqualified.
• A non-refundable Application Processing Fee must be paid via bank deposit slip at Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580045522200045 (Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue (NFR) Fund Account), and the scanned copy of the payment receipt must be uploaded with the online application.
• Processing Fee for Director Operations & Deputy Director IT: PKR 900/-
• Processing Fee for Driver: PKR 500/-
• Applications without the processing fee or with fees submitted via Postal Order/Bank Draft will not be considered.
• Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately and pay a separate fee for each post.
• Experience as part-time, teaching, honorary/self-employed, and apprentice/intern will not be considered.
• Government employees must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
• Applicants must bring original documents (educational certificates, transcripts, experience letters, fee payment receipt, driving license for relevant post, etc.) at the time of the interview.
• Candidates passing the interview must submit HEC-verified degrees/certificates, experience letters, a fresh police character verification certificate, and a medical fitness certificate.
• Government approved quotas (if applicable) will be observed.
• General age relaxation of 5 years for male candidates and 5+3 years for female candidates is applicable as per Government Instructions.
• Director Operations – Orange Line Metro Rail Transit System:

• Duty Station: Lahore
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Minimum Education: Masters in Transportation Engineering OR Masters in Civil Engineering with courses done in Transportation Engineering as part of the Programme (from HEC recognized institute).
• Minimum Experience: 8 years relevant experience. Experience of leadership role in management of transport related public projects will be preferred.
• Deputy Director IT – Pakistan Metro Bus System:
• No. of Posts: 01
• Duty Station: Rawalpindi
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering (16 years of education from HEC recognized institute).
• Minimum Experience: 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure deployment in large scale organizations. Strong knowledge of preparing IT contract documents, technical specifications, and RFPs in accordance with government planning and procurement procedures will be preferred.
• Driver:
• No. of Posts: 05 (Open Merit: 04, Minority Quota: 01)
• Duty Station: Lahore
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years
• Minimum Education: Middle
• Minimum Experience: Having at least 4 years valid LTV license duly approved and recognized by the Traffic License Issuing Authority of the Punjab (Government of the Punjab).
