Job Description

Requirements & Qualifications

  • The following are the eligibility criteria and application process for the Assistant Specialist (Monitoring) position:
  • Number of Positions: 3
  • Education:
  • CA Inter / CMA Inter / ACCA / CIMA / CFA, or member of a professional body of Accountants, OR
  • MBA (Finance) or a Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce or related fields (at least 16 years of education) from an HEC recognized / affiliated institute / university, OR
  • Bachelors / Masters Degree in Data Analytics / Data Sciences / Business Analytics.
  • Experience Requirement: 03 years of experience, preferably in the energy/power sector.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in dashboard reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven performance evaluation.
  • Operational Exposure: Demonstrated exposure to loss analysis, recovery performance, and assessment of other operational efficiency benchmarks.
  • Preferred Tools: Experience in Dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tool), Data validation, reconciliation, and analytical reporting is preferred.
  • Data Management: Experience handling large operational datasets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong analytical writing and presentation skills.
