• Specific Qualification & Experience Requirements:
• 1. Chief Financial Officer (PPS-11):
• Member of a recognized professional accounting body with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Public Sector Companies having assets of five billion rupees or more.
• OR
• Master’s Degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Public Sector Companies.
• 2. Manager Operations (PPS-09):
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, OR BSc Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical).
• Minimum 08 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or Infrastructure Development.
• At least 03 years of field experience in similar projects/assignments.
• 3. Deputy Manager MIS/ERP (PPS-08):
• BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or MIS.
• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in IT Handling, Software & Hardware Management, MIS, or Database Administration.
• 4. Management Trainee Officer (Environment):
• 16 Years of Education in Environmental Sciences or Environmental Engineering.
• Students currently pursuing studies related to Environment can also apply.
• 5. Tehsil Manager (PPS-09):
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (HR/Marketing/Finance), Commerce, Business IT, Social Sciences, Development Studies, OR BSc Engineering.
• 08 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Project Management or Infrastructure Development.
• 04 years of experience in similar projects/assignments.
• 6. Deputy Manager (IBS) – PPS-08:
• BSc in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• 05 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Development.
• 03 years of experience in similar projects/assignments.
• 7. Research Analyst (Environment/Social Safeguard) – PPS-07:
• BS in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, or Social Sciences.
• 02 years of relevant experience related to Environmental Safeguards or Social Safeguards.
• 8. Admin & Accounts Officer (PPS-07):
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or Accounting.
• 03 years of relevant experience in Financial Management, Accounting, or Budgeting.
