Requirements & Qualifications

• Application Checklist: Prepare a detailed CV explicitly mentioning your Date of Birth, Age as on the closing date of the advertisement, Degree / Academic Certificate with year of passing, secured Grade, Division, Percentage, Domicile, Address, and bracket-wise duration of experience.
• Required Attested Documents: Attach attested copies of your academic credentials, testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC, and one recent passport-size photograph.
• Mailing Address: Send the completed application file to P.O. Box No. 1604, GPO Islamabad strictly through Pakistan Post.
• Envelope Labeling: Boldly mention the name of the post you are applying for on the top left side of the envelope.
• Incomplete / Late Submissions: Incomplete applications or submissions received after the due date will not be entertained.
• Deadline: The last date of submission is July 22, 2026.
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation of age shall be admissible in accordance with the “Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993”.
• Age Specificity: Any claim of age relaxation on the basis of region, caste, service, etc., must be clearly specified in the application along with relevant proof of admissibility.
• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted applicants who meet all basic and preferred criteria will be called for the formal test/interview.
• Government Servants: Candidates already serving in Government Sector Organizations are required to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department along with their application. Candidates will not be allowed to appear in the test/interview without a departmental NOC.
