Job Description

Requirements & Qualifications
- For Teaching Positions (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, CS, Math):
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject (international on-campus degree preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years teaching experience in IGCSE / A-Level (CAIE)
- Strong academic record (GPA 3.5+)
- Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 7+ or equivalent)
- Willingness to learn basic Arabic within 4 months
- Classroom management, IT skills, and modern teaching methodologies
- Male & Female candidates both eligible
- Preferred age: 30–45 years
- For Head of DACE (Academic Leadership Role):
- Master’s in Education/Curriculum/Exams from a top university
- 5+ years in curriculum coordination (Cambridge or IB system)
- Deep knowledge of CAIE across all levels
- Expertise in exam design, assessment, and data analysis
- Arabic language preferred
- Preferred age: 35–50 years
- For Accountant:
- MBA/BBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ACCA qualification highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting (preferably school/NGO/education sector)
- Fluent English + Intermediate Arabic
- Advanced Excel, QuickBooks/Tally/Peachtree, IFRS knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred age: 30–45 years
