Job Description
The Bank of Punjab has announced an exciting career opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager (Consumer Banking Group) within its Branch Banking Division-North. This full-time position is based in the Peshawar Region, specifically covering Abbottabad, Mingora, and Timergarah areas. The bank is seeking a single, experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professional with strong banking and sales management expertise. Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage an effective sales team of PBs/PBOs.
- Hiring suitable sales staff against approved branch positions under his domain.
- Manage and supervise the sales team placed in branches.
- Identify non-performers and issue warning letters and replacements where required.
- Conduct daily sales calls and meetings with clients and sales teams.
- Arrange regular sales huddles for performance monitoring.
- Maintain records of weekly meetings and individual scorecards of sales staff.
- Prepare comprehensive MIS reports.
- Achieve NTB targets personally and through the sales team.
- Focus on ETB deepening and tail management.
- Generate a reliable deposit pipeline for himself and the team to offset attrition.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and all applicable SOPs and banking regulations.
- Develop an effective mechanism for implementation of whistle-blowing policy.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance evaluations of the sales team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
- Minimum 07 to 09 years of banking experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates having 05 years of relevant experience.
- Maximum age up to 55 years as on the application closing date.
