Job Description
The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is inviting applications for various roles in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, for a World Bank-funded initiative called the "Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)". This project aims to bring sustainable water supply and sanitation services to 16 selected tehsils across the Punjab Province. PRMSC is seeking energetic and dynamic professionals for administrative, financial, procurement, and support staff positions. Requirements & Qualifications
- Interested candidates must apply online through the Punjab Job Portal at https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk/.
- It is MANDATORY to send a hard copy application package via postal/courier services to the Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company, 5th Floor, KD Plaza, MM Alam Road, Lahore.
- The hard copy package must include: CV, one passport-size photograph, attested copies of CNIC, educational certificates & degrees, and experience certificates.
- The last date for application submission (online and hard copy) is August 28, 2026 (Monday).
- Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
- Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization employees must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- All degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.

- Qualification: Master degree in Procurement & Contracts Management / Business Administration / BSc Engineering.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement, contract management, and project administration, with 3 years in similar projects/assignments.
- Procurement Officer (PPS-7):
- No. of Posts: 01 Post
- Qualification: Master degree in Procurement & Contracts Management / Business Administration / BSc Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement.
- Associate (Accounts & Finance) (PPS-6):
- No. of Posts: 01 Post
- Qualification: 16 years education in Finance / Commerce / Accounting / Economics.
- Experience: Expertise in handling accounts, budgeting, cash, etc.
- Driver (PPS-2):
- No. of Posts: 02 Posts
- Qualification & Experience: Valid driving license and 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Office Assistant / Naib Qasid (PPS-1):
- No. of Posts: 02 Posts
- Qualification & Experience: Literate.
