Job Description

The Ministry of Interior (MOI), in collaboration with the Islamabad Capital Territory Police, is seeking highly qualified professionals for exciting career opportunities within the "Expansion of Safe City Islamabad" project.   • Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering (Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Telecom) or equivalent. Certifications such as PMP/Prince2, ITIL, or specialized ICT/security certifications are added advantages.
  • Experience: At least 10 years in large-scale ICT/Safe City/command & control center projects, with 3–5 years in leadership roles managing multi-stakeholder government projects (planning, implementation, M&E, reporting).
  • Deputy Executive Officer (Civil) (PPS-08):

  • Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
  • Qualification: 16 years of education in Civil/Architectural/Building Engineering. Certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in building design, construction supervision, BOQs, site inspections, and supporting ICT infrastructure sites.
  • Deputy Executive Officer (Software) (PPS-08):

  • Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
  • Qualification: 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent. Certifications in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or secure coding preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years hands-on experience in enterprise software development, documentation, QA, system integration, and deploying/managing solutions for surveillance, command centers, or public-sector platforms. Familiarity with APIs, analytics, VMS/VAS systems, and database environments.
  • Assistant Executive Officer (Traffic/ITS) (PPS-07):

  • Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
  • Qualification: 16 years of education in Electrical, Computer Science, or relevant engineering fields. Training in ITS, traffic control systems, or signal optimization preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in artificial intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning related solutions. Understanding of Intelligent Traffic Systems deployment is preferred. Experience with sensors, controllers, adaptive traffic management, and C3 integration.
